Uncle Colin's Greenhouse is a twelve song album. The first nine songs were recorded at The Foundry recording Studio in Chesterfield by the great Paul 'Hoppo' Hopkinson (whilst Mick Twelves made the coffee).

To fill out the sound and take the songs further we gathered some of the top local musicians and singers including the infamous Glynis' Random Childrens Choir (featuring Alice Fletcher, Aisling Read, Emily Thoday, Euan Manning Parkes, Jessie Wellbourne Hesp, Jody Banks, Megan Fletcher, Poppy Read, and Rosa Gregory) who were conducted expertly and to great effect (not) by Chris and Simon and sang in ther own sweet time!.
The other friends and seasoned musicians on the album are-
Nip Healey - Drums and percussion
Luke Alton - Fender rhodes piano, keyboard and backing vocals
Lou Fairlamb - Backing vocals
Aaron Brown - Backing vocals
Anna Brooks - Violin
Ben Daglish - Flute
Rat Gregory – Trumpet

The launch of Uncle Colin’s Greenhouse, Anna on violin and Lou singing and playing guitar.
This collaborative approach gives the album a fresh, lively feel and adds variety.
The last three songs were recorded live on cassette in a four track mixer thingy by the generous and legendary Ian Smith.com at our friends Phil and Heather's place Henmore Grange.
All the graphic design and printing type work was done superbly by the wonderful Esther at obdesign in Wirksworth.
The mastering and reproduction was done by The Digital Audio Company based in Skipton, Yorkshire.
